IMPORTANT: Do not delete, move, highlight, or add rows, columns, or tabs; any changes to the formatting of the spreadsheet may effect the attributes’ ability to populate on upload.
- Download a product spreadsheet from your account (follow instructions here).
- Fill out the desired attributes in the Attributes tab.
- Save your file.
- Upload your completed spreadsheet.
Understanding Your Spreadsheet Tabs
- The Summary tab contains the Recipient, the Requirement Set, the Requirement Set Version, the Locale and a link to the Terms of Use.
- The Attributes tab is where you will enter your product information. The top row contains the requirement set the attribute was aliased from. The second row displays the locale for the information. The third row displays if the attribute is required or optional. The fourth row contains the name of each attribute.
- The Reference tab contains a list of the attributes associated with an explanation of each attribute.
