Download Content from the Product Index Page

Download attributes or assets for selected products directly from the Product Index. 

Product content can be downloaded at any time from the Product Index in a variety of ways. 

 

Download Products in a Spreadsheet 

1. Navigate to the Product Index page via the Products tab on the left. Click the checkboxes of the products you’d like to download. 
2. Click the Download button in the product Actions Bar.   
3. In the pop-up window that appears, select a delivery method: Direct Download or via Email.  
4. Select Attribute Spreadsheet as the form in which you want the product to be downloaded.  
5. Click Next. 
6. Use the dropdown menus to select the content you wish to appear in the document. The product content will reflect the chosen Recipient Set. Click Create Spreadsheet. 
7. Click Export. 

If Direct Download was selected, the spreadsheet will appear at the bottom of the Syndigo screen. If Email was selected, it will be sent directly to the email associated with the account. 

Download Products in a Recipient Specific Template 

Recipient Specific Templates must be created in the Recipient Profile.

1. Navigate to the Product Index page via the Products tab on the left. Click the checkboxes of the products you’d like to download. 
2. Click the Download button in the product Actions Bar.   
3. In the pop-up window that appears, select a delivery method: Direct Download or via Email.  
4. Select Recipient Specific Template as the form in which you want the product to be downloaded.  
5. Click Next. 
6. Select a Recipient.   
7. Select Yes or No to "Link all selected products to the selected Recipients?" Any unlinked products will not be downloaded to the template. 
8. Click Next. The Distribution Setup module will load with your pre-selected products added to the Products tile.
9. Click the Template tile and select one or more templates.
10. Click Verify & Publish.

If Direct Download was selected, the template will appear at the bottom of the Syndigo screen. If Email was selected, it will be sent directly to the email associated with the account. 

Download Products as Assets 

1. Navigate to the Product Index page via the Products tab on the left. Click the checkboxes of the products you’d like to download. 
2. Click the Download button in the product Actions Bar.   
3. In the pop-up window that appears, select a delivery method: Direct Download or via Email.  
4. Select Assets as the form in which you want the product to be downloaded.  
5. Click Next. 
6. The Download Assets module will load. Specify the Assets/Asset Types to download for the selected products. Only the assets that have been linked to your selected products will be available for download.
   • Main Product Image
   • Branding/Logos
   • Videos
   • 360 Images
   • Other Images - select each additional image from the dropdown
   • Documents - select each document from the dropdown
   • Planograms - select each planogram document from the dropdown
7. Once selected, click Download Assets.

After downloading, if Direct Download was selected, the assets will appear at the bottom of the Syndigo screen. If Email was selected, they will be sent directly to the email associated with the account.
