Save, Apply, Rename, and Delete Saved Filter Sets.
When using filters to generate a customized list of products in the Product Index or in the Marketplace Product Index, users can create Saved Filter Sets so that they can easily be applied in future searches.
Create a Saved Filter Set:
- From the Product Index OR the Marketplace Product Index, apply one or more filters by clicking Add Filter just above the product grid.
- Select a filter or combination of filters from the Filter menu.
- Once selected, click Save As.
- Enter a name for your Saved Filter Set. This name will be used to identify this Saved Filter Set to all users on the account, so a short yet concise name is suggested.
- Click Save.
Apply a Saved Filter Set:
- From the Product Index OR the Marketplace Product Index, apply one or more filters by clicking Add Filter just above the product grid.
- Saved filters can be selected at the at the bottom of the Filter menu.
- Click the appropriate Saved Filter Set to apply it to your Product Index or Marketplace Product Index.
- Click Apply Filters.
Rename a Saved Filter Set:
- Access the Saved Filter by clicking Add Filter from the Product Index or Marketplace Product Index. The Filter menu will appear.
- From the Saved Filters menu, select the desired Saved Filter Set and click the pencil icon next to the Save button.
- Rename your Saved Filter Set.
Delete a Saved Filter Set:
- Access the Saved Filter by clicking Add Filter from the Product Index or Marketplace Product Index.
- The Filter menu will appear.
- From the Saved Filters menu, select the desired Saved Filter Set and click the trash can icon which appears next to the save button.
- A warning message will appear asking you to confirm your decision to delete a Saved Filter Set. Click Confirm to confirm or X to deny the deletion.
Note: Once deleted, a Saved Filter set will need to be reconfigured manually as no log of Saved Feature Sets is archived and available to users.
