Use the Attribute Finder to search for and find specific attributes. It can be found in data views builder, req set builder, supplier workflows, and filters just to name a few. With the Attribute Finder, you'll be able to find any attribute based off of a requirement set from a recipient already linked to your account, a data view in your account, or by searching the attribute library.

 

Select an Attribute

  1. Open the Attribute Finder. Note: The Attribute Finder is available in many places throughout the platform. It can be opened by selecting the option to add an attribute(s) wherever you see it.
  2. In the Attribute Finder from the dropdown menu in the upper left corner, select the recipient with the taxonomy you wish to pull attributes from.
  3. Select the attribute you would like to add by clicking the check box beside it.
  4. In the lower ribbon of the modal select the section you would like to add the attribute(s) to by clicking the drop down. Note: You can add a section by clicking Create a New Section.
  5. Click Add (X). The attribute(s) will be added to your list.

 

Select Category Attributes

Attributes from a taxonomy can be added directly to your list via the attribute finder modal once the recipient has been linked to your account.

  1. Open the Attribute Finder.
  2. In the dropdown menu in the upper left corner select the recipient with the taxonomy you wish to pull attributes from
  3. Click the Category Attribute tab in the blue ribbon.
  4. Click Change in the blue box on the right.
  5. Navigate through the available taxonomy categories to select the most appropriate one. Use one of three approaches:
    • Browse: Click through the categories and subcategories until no options remain.
    • Search: Type your desired category in the search bar. Select the category from the displayed list.
    • Recent: Click Recent to view a list of the most recent categories used for your products.
  6. Once the selection has been made, click Select.
  7. In the new window, select the attribute you would like to add by clicking the check box next to it.
  8. In the lower ribbon of the window, select the section you would like to add the attribute(s) to by clicking the drop down. Note: You can add a section by clicking Create a New Section.
  9. Click Add (X). The attribute(s) will be added to your list.

 

Select Child Attributes

  1. Open the Attribute Finder.
  2. In the dropdown menu in the upper left corner select the recipient from which you wish to pull attributes.
  3. Click the arrow next to the parent attribute the child is contained in.
  4. Select the attribute(s) you would like to add by clicking the check box next to it.
  5. In the lower ribbon of the modal select the section you would like to add the attribute(s) to by clicking the drop down. Note: You can add a section by clicking Create a New Section.
  6. Click Add (X). The attribute(s) will be added to your list.

Helpful Tip: If the attribute is a choice list there will be and ellipsis in the More Info column. Hovering over the ellipsis will show the attribute’s choice options.
