Note: Rather than delete or discontinue items, we recommend that you archive them so that they can be activated later if needed.

 

To Archive a Product

  1. Select the account.
  2. From the Navigation Bar to the left, click Products.
  3. Search for the products you wish to archive and select the products.
  4. From the Actions bar, click Archive.
  5. From the pop-up modal, click Archive to confirm.

 

To Unarchive a Product

  1. Select the account.
  2. From the Navigation Bar to the left, click Products.
  3. From the Product Set drop downs, select Archived Products.
  4. Select the checkbox next to the desired item.
  5. Click Unarchive.
