Good morning.  We are seeing slowness in IM when searching for GTINs in the Simple and Advanced Searches.  This issue was already escalated to our technology teams who are investigating.  I will provide more updates here as they are available.

Good morning.  Our tech teams are working diligently to correct the issue with slowness in IM today but I do not yet have an estimate on when it will be resolved.  I will update here as soon as I have more details.

Thank you for the updates - please can you share the Root Cause once identified?   I need to share back to my stakeholders/leadership as this outage has impacted our EU catalogs for the entire business day.

Our technology teams identified an issue with the application involved with Search/Fetch functionality in our systems and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello, I am happy to report the fix for the slowness in IM is in our QA testing and we expect to implement it soon today.  We are almost there.

The fix for the slowness in IM was implemented and you should see normal speeds now for searches and other functionality in IM.  Please let us know if you have questions.

Hello, I just logged into IM successfully.  Cab you make sure you are using Chrome ane clear your cache and cookies and try again?

thank you for the info............ it is working better now.   On a different issue.  can you point me in the direction of some pointers to entering Nutrition facts in IM?
