Good morning. We are seeing slowness in IM when searching for GTINs in the Simple and Advanced Searches. This issue was already escalated to our technology teams who are investigating. I will provide more updates here as they are available.

Hello, I am happy to report the fix for the slowness in IM is in our QA testing and we expect to implement it soon today. We are almost there.
The fix for the slowness in IM was implemented and you should see normal speeds now for searches and other functionality in IM. Please let us know if you have questions.

Hello, I just logged into IM successfully. Cab you make sure you are using Chrome ane clear your cache and cookies and try again?
