What is Changing?
As part of Syndigo's ongoing VIP deprecation and transition to CES KIA and IM KIA, we are retiring the legacy VIP functionality that automatically re-submits previously submitted items to Kroger when item information is modified in GDSN.
As users are transitioned to Read Only access in VIP, VIP will no longer provide any method to submit items to Kroger.
What does this mean for Suppliers?
Suppliers who have transitioned to CES KIA or IM KIA should continue to manage and submit their Kroger item information through their applicable solution.
If you are still using VIP, this change is another step in the planned retirement of VIP. Remaining VIP users will be transitioned to Read Only access in the coming weeks.
Why is this Change being made?
This change supports the planned retirement of VIP and the transition of Kroger item submission capabilities to CES KIA and IM KIA.
There is NO change to the supported submission processes available through CES KIA or IM KIA.
