As you work to complete the QA process in IM to utilize the Kroger API, you could receive CIC responses letting you know areas that require your attention and correction per item. Here is one of the most common CICs and how to correct it in Item Management..
Customer Facing Size Error: Kroger-Specific attribute "Customer Facing Size" (e.g., 12 oz, 150 ct, 16 fl oz) should match the size that appears on the product image (typically the first measurement displayed if several appear).
This attribute is only available on the Kroger playlist in IM when enabled on Kroger class-specific information.
Please note, this is a new attribute that allows for measurements to be populated below the product description, so it is not included in the product description. Facing can not be in the prod description.
How to Resolve: To resolve this issue, be careful not to include any measurement values in your Product Description field. To include the measurement values, populate the Customer Facing Size attribute.
Be sure to utilize the Kroger Style Guide as you manage your Kroger content.
Hello,
I am trying to go through all items to submit to Kroger API Certification, but keep getting the below error even though I have these fields filled out. How do I fix this?
Hello @carolhunn and thanks for using our customer community. Can you provide me your example publication level GTIN so we can take a look?
@CommunityJedi22 Thank you! The GTIN I'm working on right now is 10022415639122.
That GTIN is validating now. Did you perhaps resolve the errors while I was taking a look?
I was working on it, but I get the below error when publishing to the Kroger API Certification GLN.
Hello @carolhunn and thanks for using our customer community.
I have reviewed the issues you are experiencing, and although your case item validates successfully, the "Each" still has some errors. All levels of the hierarchy must validate successfully, with the Kroger Playlist added, in order for the hierarchy to be published.
The errors you are experiencing occur because you have only set the Image Facing and Background for the image added via XFL, but not for the one added through DAM.
