Locating Your Items in McLane PI

Upon sending data as NEW to McLane Grocery (GLN: 0083967000016), the data will go into the status of Ready to List.

To locate your item, hover over the Products tab in the menu and then select either Ready To List or All Products. It is recommended to use All Products, as your items can filter into various queues, as discussed below, but you can view all data regardless of status in All Products. Other important queues are discussed below.

In Process – Supplier: If an item is sent back for review by McLane or a supplier begins completing required data on an item in Ready To List

In Process – Retailer: When an item is submitted to McLane for review

In Process – All: Every item in the In Process – Supplier and In Process – Retailer queues

Historical: An INITIAL LOAD publication was sent or you do not have the handshake in place between your supplier GLN and McLane’s GLN

Rejected – Retailer System:  Your item has been rejected by McLane

Withdrawn: A publication delete has been performed on your hierarchy

Complete: Your item has been approved by McLane
