Release Notes - Item Management 8.68 (January 2026)

Please see the attached Release Notes for IM 8.68.  These became active for the Pre-Production environment on Friday, January 9, 2026, and for Production on Saturday, January 24, 2026.

Important Note: Kroger API Process Update (Single Publication): The Kroger API process flow has been updated to accommodate the need for only one publication.  When an item passes QA (GLN 0838016000123), a publication will now automatically be sent to the Kroger Certified Items API (GLN 0838016000116).  Users can opt out of this functionality.  To Opt-Out of this functionality, please contact our Support team at HERE.

The publications to the Certified Items API GLN will come up in both Worklist and Sync Status report. Either can be used as a source for the IMF once assigned by Kroger for your item.

Please bear in mind the items may not be published automatically to the Certified Items GLN if the initial publication to the Certification Queue was before the auto publications were enabled in our systems. If you have specific item(s) you would like us to have a look at, the GTIN(s) would be helpful. Thank you.

GTIN 00071279574585 is not currently published to GLN 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API. Before publishing, we recommend either updating the 3rd image on your Each (00071279302539_L2.JPG) or excluding Kroger from the retailers that receive the image. In the image metadata section, you can choose "Excluding" and add the 2 Kroger API GLNs just below: 0838016000123 - Kroger API Certification Queue and 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API.

The reason why this image is causing issues is because of the file size - for Kroger an image needs to be 1000 pixels in at least one direction.

For GTIN 00071279574578, you can remove the Case images and then publish to 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API (there is an issue currently with 2 Primary images).

For GTIN 00071279574592 you can follow same steps as for the 1st one in the list please, that is either remove 3rd image on Each or exclude Kroger from recipients receiving it and then publish.

And for GTIN 00071279574608, the issue is the image size again, so you can either exclude the 3rd image from Kroger or remove it from Item Management.

If other retailers need the Nutrition Facts Panel, removing Kroger from the retailers is recommended.
