What does it mean when you receive the message "Change by refresh?"
The Change by Refresh corrective action request refers to an update of the item without another publish/republish of the said item.
You can do this by updating the Effective Date to the present day on all levels of the hierarchy of the item that needs to be refreshed or by using the "Resend" from the item's top right corner and clicking on the three dots.
You do not need to Publish or Republish the item in such cases for the information to flow through to your recipient(s).
Lowes, PFG, UNFI, and US Foods are some of the more common retailers that request items to be updated by refesh, but there are other retailers as well.
