In the Enhanced Item Management Worklist, users may periodically see the message “Request Validation Successful” with very few other transaction details.  This message indicates there is a backlog of transactions in Item Management and IM is not processing “real-time.”  Please note that every transaction will be captured and will be processed once the backlog has cleared.

It’s easy for users to see when the backlog has cleared because all the “Request Validation Successful” messages appearing in the Worklist, as in this example, will disappear and will be replaced with the actual transaction information, including all of the transaction details, once Item Management has processed those transactions.

Hello, We have some items that we wanted to link and the link transaction is suspended for a few hours now. We are able to modify other items at the same time so I'm not sure if it has something to do with backlog. Should we go ahead and try linking the items one more time?

I am not able to add screenshots here but it's regarding our GLN 0052100999999 and the transactions are from today, you can see them in Worklist easily.

Hi @Ginny Hi @KarolinaSDWelcome to the customer community.  Thanks for reaching out.

Regarding the "Request Validation Successful" that you noticed under the worklist we added a post, and I highly recommend, if you have not already, go to https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/IM-Issues-Messages/IM-Backlog-of-Transactions-Request-Validation....  On the left of the screen you will see "Options."  Click Options and then subscribe.  This way you will get updates whenever we have IM system issues reported in the Community.
