Our Development team working to implement some indexing changes for a hotfix this evening related to these residual issues in PI/VIP. Until resolved, we will likely see a backlog with transaction delays, access issues logging in, or getting kicked out of PI. We are working diligently to resolve these issues.
This morning, Service Desk agents and customers identified an incident with Product Introduction (PI/VIP) where users are unable to log in. The system spins and eventually times out with an error message. This incident was immediately escalated to our Application and PI Tech teams.
We will provide updates as they are available.
Access to the Production Introduction (PI/VIP) application is restored.
This issue is resolved and access to PI is restored.
I am still experiencing issues with PI, error messages pop up any time I try to save.
Hello, can you provide a GTIN that is throwing errors for you in PI, and for which PI recipient are you working?

and it is for Kroger
periodically error messages will pop up still throughout the process of trying to list/validate items.

I am confirming, as you already reported, we are seeing some residual issues with customers getting kicked out of PI/VIP. We are investigating further
For time being, is there a way to access my product's CIC codes or have them sent to me via email?
I need to send these off to Albertsons divisions today.

Good morning, bosborne. Can you please indicate the error you are receiving? We have not seen any PI functionality issues today.
