Good morning. Our tech teams are working on an access issue preventing users from logging into Item Management Production. The incident is escalated and being reviewed. I will post more updates as they are available.
As part of the issue this morning, we are seeing issues with batch transactions as well. This is identified, escalated and under investigation too.
With further investigation, this same issue is also happening in Pre-Prod and impacting other apps like PI/VIP.
When users click "Login" when trying to access IM, it spins for a couple of minutes and prompts users to download a profile. We are working to resolve this and apologize for the inconvenience.
There was a Proxy issue our teams worked to resolve. Please go ahead and log into IM/PI/VIP as needed. The issue is resolved and will be working through any transaction backlog related to this impacting batch processin
Yay! we are back up and running.
We confirmed applications and access are restored to normal functionality. As I mentioned before, our systems are processing through the backlog of transactions related to the issue today. The backlog is considerable and could take until late this afternoon to resolve.
