Hello. IM is experiencing a large backlog of transactions due to the unusually high volume sent by customers. You could see delays with responses and extracts from IM. I will post any other updates here as they are available.
Can you please provide a status on this? I have customers currently waiting on items who are calling and asking. Thank you.
Hello. The backlog was resolved last evening. We took a look and see no backlog of our pubs from IM. Can you double-check that you do not have any errors in your worklist that would impact successful publication? Can you provide any other details for me on what errors you are seeing?
