Hello, 

I publish an item to Longo Brothers and they came back saying that they cannot see any data on there end. they wanted to show all the information from the item I publish on the GS1 Canada portal. Please see below. can you please help me. I republish the item many times and still come back and said they cannot see any information regarding the item.

Hello @marketingMMC I took a look and it appears there is some possible confusion with the GLN access you mentioned.  I sent a note to our account management team to contact you and provide you the support you need to get this cleared up.
