Please note, that this maintenance window was moved from December 9 to December 16, 2023. 

1WorldSync will perform maintenance on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm ET.  Maintenance will be performed on IM, DC, PI, Cone/Read API, AS2, & UMA in the Production and Pre-Production environments.  During this time, these applications will not be available.

Additionally, access to the hosted DSD customer instances will not be available.  The existing URLs will remain the same, however during this change, due to the internet outage, they will not be working during that time.   

This downtime will impact all 1WorldSync DSD-hosted customers.  Customers with DSD installed on their servers will not be impacted.
