If depends which type of errors you are referring to. If you are referring to validation errors or warnings then yes, you can see these right away in Item Management as validating works identically, irrespective of data recipient. If you are refering to Review/Reject messages from Kroger, these will not be visible instantly as the information needs to be checked (at the moment humans still need to be kept in the loop here, but the hope is to automate this process in the future). For Kroger specifically, information also needs to follow their Product Detail Page Guidelines, therefore how the data is entered is very important because items will be synchronized directly to their website once they are successfully set up through the API.
