What is Assisted Load?
The Assisted Load offers Enhanced Content customers a one-time service where Syndigo will upload and publish your Enhanced Content on your behalf, allowing you to focus on onboarding or other tasks.
Who can utilize Assisted Load?
Any Syndigo Enhanced Content customer. It’s most helpful to those who’d like their Enhanced Content live as quickly as possible while they finish Syndigo Onboarding. Or those that have new products that need Enhanced Content loaded quickly, but don’t have the capacity to do it themselves.
How does it work?
First, you'll decide from two layout options. You can either provide an Enhanced Content example that you like, and our team will do their best to replicate it. Or choose from one of our pre-made Syndigo design templates. Then provide your physical assets (photo & video files) and a list of desired Syndigo items you'd like that content added to. Our team will process your request and upload the content to your specified items in the platform on your behalf. Once the content is in the Syndigo platform, we will publish it to the list of desired items you provided.
