Hello there,
We have images appearing on a recipient's site that are either duplicates, are not following the correct naming convention, and/or old images that we have since replaced with better/professional photos. The issue that I am having is I cannot find these unwanted images on 1WS to delete them. I have checked linked hierarchies in search of these photos and checked the external file link fields, but my efforts seem to be in vain because the images are not there to delete, and the external file link fields are empty. I am at a loss as to where these unwanted images are pulling from. In the screenshot below, the images outlined in green are the images that should be appearing and the images that follow the correct naming convention. The images outlined in red are extra unwanted images appearing on the recipientās site but not appearing in 1WS. The item in this example's GTIN is 00051721006772. This is just one instance, we have other GTINās published to this recipientās site that have images that need to be deleted but the images cannot be found to delete them. I am not sure if this is something that you can help with or if this is something the recipient will need to assist with but any guidance with resolving this issue is welcomed and appreciated.
Thank you,

Hello and thank you for reaching out via our customer Community. Welcome. I took a look and in that GTIN hierarchy, I see a few of the images you outlined in red between the various levels. For example, these images are on your Case level GTIN:
I agree I do not see all of the images you outlined in red, however. Which trading partner is showing those unwanted images on their website? Have you checked with them to see if they are pulling those from anywhere else online?

Thank you for your response. The recipient is Dot Foods and I have not reached out to them to see if they are pulling images from other online sources. The thought did cross my mind to start with them first, but I thought they would defer me back to seeking help from 1WS, so I took a chance and reached out to you first to see where that would lead. I will reach out to Dot and to find if they are pulling images from other sources and report back. Thank you again for your assistance.
