Hello,
I have republished some items to Kroger and they are coming back with a GDSN status of "Published Awaiting Subscription." I have published the items to Kroger last week but had to make some corrections.
Is this something that's specific to Kroger Corporate Brand items? I usually don't get a message like that unless the trading partner subscription isn't set up.
Also, I published over 4 hours ago and the status hasn't changed. Is there something I'm supposed to do?
In case it matters - I don't use 1Worldsync Item Management for GDSN. I use a different data pool and then just top up in 1WS VIP.

The status in the ticket was switched from Escalated to Waiting for Support. Can you advise why please? This is really urgent.

Hi - I'm not sure what was fixed but I'm seeing the items in VIP now! The status for the items in my data pool have reverted to Pending though, not CIC-Review - normally items that are unsubmitted in VIP will show up with a CIC-Review message (even though there are no validation errors) until it's submitted.

Hello @Jennee If you need to change the status you could try resending again or top them off in VIP and submit. Glad to read it's working for you now.

Hi @CommunityJedi22 and @jcharles - I just wanted to say thank you for all your assistance, and please extend my thanks to those working behind the scenes to get this fixed. All 18 items have been loaded on VIP and Kroger will be reviewing them (prior to hitting "submit").
