Sams Club Item Data Management system NEW process

Is anyone successfully getting information from INM to the new system for Sam's club or do we have an ETA on when this connection will be completed

Hello and thanks for reaching out.  The Sam's backend and IM are talking but not all content is enabled yet. Sams is in rollout mode and will get there, but the mapping and modeling work is ongoing. I believe the plan is to be fully up next year.

Just to keep you updated,  we escalated this to our Ramp Team manager who works with Sam's asking for guidance on getting you answers.  I will get back to you as soon as we have a response and details.  I appreciate your patience.

Hello,

We can confirm that Sam's Club is live now, are you running into specific issues?

I believe the Sam's Club new portal(?) is not getting the full hierarchy data and my sales team is having to enter in information by hand.   When I asked her WHY she was needing specific information (Pallet level GTIN#) she indicated that she and others have been told that IDM @Sams is not yet pulling data from IM?  Are the systems talking to each other?
