Why are items in withdrawn status that we are actively purchasing?
I am seeing a lot of items in withdrawn status, when items are in withdrawn status we do not receive item updates. This causes errors when we do not have updated information. I just received a spreadsheet from a MAJOR supplier wanting us to manually update weights and TI/HI's.....
Please ensure any items we are purchasing are not in withdrawn status and that your items have been updated with any values needed after the large release was done at the end of May.
