gtin hiarchy problem

I submitted a Shipper and Eaches to my buyer. She is telling me that once she receives it thru Venus, it doesnt match what I have. I am unable to attach a screen shot here for some strange reason but to explain. The Case GTIN that I submitted to her matches one of the eaches.
