Review Messages

Has anyone else been receiving constant "Review" messages stating that the number of items per pallet needs to be listed but the information is already in there?  Also, "Review" messages stating that the Non-GTIN Ti Hi needs to be blank, but it already is blank?  I have had these review messages for 3 - 4 months now and they will not disappear.  I have been working with 1WS to get them corrected but they have not been able to.  Just trying to find out if this is a problem for everyone else as well.  Thanks!

Yes, these continue to cause anxiety for myself as well.  They said the reason they won't take the warning message off is because the retailer hasn't acknowledged the change, however, I reminded them that not all retailers send CIC messages and that we can't leave warning messages out there for years and years just because the retailer's normal process is to not respond to changes.  We can't control what our retailer's processes are, but 1WS should be able to control how they handle it.

Thank you for your continued feedback.  We value your opinions and experiences.  I brought this conversation to the attention of our Product team as well.  I am sorry to see your frustration and have the right eyes taking a look.  I will add, as part of this conversation, that if there is a specific error or item you would like us to take a look at please let me know.  Otherwise, I will leave this one to continued discussion about the warnings.

Hello.  I am following up on my review messages issue from 2 weeks ago.  You mentioned that you had your product team on it, but I haven't heard back as to what is being done.  I now have over 230 review messages that I have to go through each day to see if they are valid or if they are review messages that will essentially "never go away" due to us relying on our customers (some who don't send back responses every time) to respond.  Please advise on the status of this issue.  Thank you!

Hello and thank you for reaching out again.  Yes, our Product team is actively working on a solution for these recipients that do not send CICs after you make changes related to messages that receive an auto-CIC response.  Our engineering resources are currently working on updates for the May release and will be able to speak to the timeline for this update after that.

Can you share that list of 230 reviews or advise the report you are using along with any filtering parameters so I can reproduce it on my end?  I can take a look to see if I can offer a short-term solution to help you with these current 230 reviews.
