Republishing to US Foods

I am trying to correct the Min Product Lifespan from Production (Days), in an already published & sync'd item, which I did & saved & validated.

Now I want to republish, but cannot find what is the difference between Initial Load & New. How do I know which to use? 

Also, is there a glossary of terms, not the dictionary?

Hello.  I took a look at the US Foods implementation guide I have and it says they want you to publish via Initial Load.  Per GDSN, you would publish as New for items not yet sold by your trading partner and publish as Initial Load if they are already selling it.  This of course can vary as some recipients only accept certain publication types.
