The CIC you are getting for the McLane publication refers to the McLane requirements for your item not being met. When publishing a hierarchy to McLane, it's recommended to validate all GTINs against the McLane playlist and resolve the warnings given by the playlist otherwise they will appear as a CIC message or even prevent the publication from happening.
As per the CIC you've received, the Product Description should be at least 40 characters for items published to McLane.
