Per the instructions I added the Kroger Class as an alternative. Received a CIC from another customer says "invalid value of Kroger Class for alternate classification agency. Do I only apply the Kroger Classification on Kroger labeled products or all products we publish to them? Thanks!

Hello @lflanary,
Welcome back!
Could you please share the GTIN associated with the CIC you received so we can review it?

Hello @lflanary,
Have you already completed the Kroger API migration process?
If so, you should no longer be using The Kroger Company GLN 0011110000019. Doing so will put you out of sync with the Kroger API and may require another migration.
The Kroger Class is linked via the Kroger playlist. Removing this playlist breaks the connectionāthough the data remains saved, it will no longer sync properly. To ensure your data flows to the correct recipient, always keep the playlist assigned.
Receiving a CIC response from another recipient is not an issueāthey may store the data, but not actively use it.
To stay aligned with the Kroger API process, I recommend publishing to GLN 0838016000123 ā Kroger API Certification Queue. This ensures your items are approved through the QA queue and properly move forward within the Kroger Certified API flow.
Following the correct process will help reduce errors and streamline your submissions.

I am still in the process of cleaning my data before submitting to the Certification Queue for review. I can go back and add the Kroger playlist to this item but am concerned about the warning notices from other customers about having the alternative Kroger Class listed.

Hello @lflanary,
If you follow the correct Kroger API process and ensure the Kroger playlist is enabled, you wonāt receive warnings from other customers. The Kroger Class data will only flow to Kroger via the API, as intended.
Once you follow the correct steps, these warnings will stop appearing. Please note that the warnings you've received so far will not impact your items with any other customers.

I know this is a learning curve so I do ask your patience with my questions. I believe I am following the correct steps as instructed from the webinar. I have migrated my items from VIP to IM and am now running the Kroger playlist to see what needs to be reviewed/corrected before submitting to the Certification Queue. To prepare my items for the publication to the Certification Queue I need to add the Kroger Class. Once that item is saved, that Kroger Class information will go to all customers who I have published that item to, not just Kroger. Thank you for looking into this for me, it is appreciated.

Hi Tem,
I can see here the communication regarding Kroger Class_ CICs from other customers.
All the migration process has been completed successfully long ago. But we have too many CICs from different customers about this:
GTIN:00773479020038 Invalid value of KROGER_CLASS for Alternate Classification Agency. Data was stored but should be reviewed and may need to be corrected.
Up to 20 review CICs.
Please could you take a look at the set up of 1 of the GTINs - 00773479020038 for example?
Thank you in advance.

Hello @Kateryna , thanks for continuing the use the community.
If you encounter any errors related to Kroger Attributes from other retailers, you can disregard them, as these attributes are not required for them. Upon reviewing the items mentioned, it appears they have successfully synchronized with both the Kroger Certification Queue and the Certified Items GLN.
