Has something changed with the Item Search Feature? I can see my items in the list but if I try to search for one specifically it comes up with No Records Found. Help please. Thank you!!!

The simple search to the left is also greyed out for me so I am thinking this is part of a future solution that is not yet enabled. From your screen capture, it appears you were trying to enter your GTIN in the "Item Name" field. Did that use to work that way for you? I personally had not used that before that way.

That's great. We likely made an update during this past weekend's maintenance window. I love it when I get proof that I am not going crazy.

Hello @lflanary Welcome back. I logged in under your Prod GLN and performed an all-item search, copied GTIN 00011110846044, and searched by it with no issue. Is there a particular GTIN you are unable to find via search?

Interesting, I am looking into that. Can you try searching for that same GTIN at the top via Simple Search?

I have always searched from the left hand side via the GTIN number...but now you have made me question everything!!! lol......Thanks again for your help!
