Issue validating Item due to error message

Please, see screenshot attached of an ongoing error message that continues to pop up whenever I try to validate this items.

The information is entered correctly, but it does seem to accept it.

Hello @nancyVigo can you confirm these values are populated on the consumer unit(s)?

This error message was at the consumer unit level.  I just tried again and it validated.  Thanks!
