Image resolution

Good morning,

My images are showing up in IM with 118x118 dpi file resolution description when they are 300x300 dpi.

The File Resolution Description box is greyed out, unlike the other attributes.

This is for item 00030800300086.

I've attached a screen shot of the properties for this specific item in question.

There are several items being flagged with this same issue, and all of our items are 300x300dpi.

Can you please help me get this resolved so these can flow through correctly to Kroger?

Ok, I just deleted all images for item 00030800393002 and reloaded.

The front image came through at 119 x 119 and the back image came through at 302 x 302.

Nutrition label image came through at 300 x 300 and ingredient image came through with no resolution at all.
