Hello @msobalvarro and thanks for reaching out via our customer community. I spoke to our standards subject matter expert to get a better understanding which I am sharing with you below. First, I want to mention the IM Participant Dictionary (IMPD) which is a valuable resource that provides IM users with tons of information about all of the GDSN attributes, their valid values, and much more.
The IMPD has different tabs, all of which provide different information. To help you here, I looked at the IM Valid Values tab. On that tab, if you enter the attribute you need to reference by filtering on it in Column C (Attribute Name) you will see the valid values allowed for that attribute in columns D & E. For this one, I scrolled down until I found the value you populated, PT4 or "Pallet 120 x 120 cm."
It is not obvious and we are working on updating this after your question (thanks again) but the value you chose can only be used for recipients using the South Africa Target Market. As you see in your Worklist, U.S. recipients to not recognize that as a valid value and are indicating that error. So, how do you fix it, please select a different value that best describes your product level. Here is a list of values you should choose from:
