Quantity of Inner Pack

I had this issue back in January 2021 and the answer then was to delete the info if it didn't apply.  Now I have a few foodservice items that are case only, no eaches and the message I am receiving is that the quantity of Inner Pack must be filled if Case is the lowest level - I tried putting in 0 but some customers are throwing me an error on that stating it must be a whole number.  .....Any ideas?  As always, thanks!!!

Hello,

I was reviewing your recipient responses and noticed that Performance Food Group sent back that response. I checked their Implementation guide for that attribute which noted that it was conditional and not mandatory. You could try to place a one in there and see if they accept this. You could also reach out to PFG to see how they have addressed this issue with other suppliers.
