I have imported approximately 200 records and published to the FDA (GUDID). The records were received, but never synchronized. Do I need to publish again? I published them on Friday morning - still not synced as of Monday morning.
Hello @LisaG and welcome to our customer community. Thanks for reaching out. The FDA requires some validation processes that are unique to them. Can you confirm whether you already successfully completed the process in Pre-Prod and are now working with the FDA in Production? If so can you share an example publication level GTIN so we can take a closer look?
