Is Returnable Asset Empty error

Hello,
I hope you are doing well ! I am hoping you can help identify the below error message I am receiving in DSD. The Ordering Unit is set to TRUE for the Case level and FALSE for the Each level. When I try to submit a Change (Item Modify) it stays in underway and submitted for over an hour. How can I correct this error, while also getting the Item Modify to be successful?

The error you're encountering is due to the Is Returnable Asset Empty attribute being blank at the EA level.
To resolve this, update the attribute with the correct dropdown selection, and the error will be cleared.

Hi Renae, We have never had this issue on any other items when we have had Ordering Unit Indicators filled out on every level of the hierarchy. Can you let me know why this error is appearing and is an issue here?

There was a backlog in the 1WS PIM (DSD).
It looks like the backlog has cleared, and your GTIN has been registered.
