How to get support

I have 7 open tickets spanning three weeks with ZERO responses from the DSD team.  I have spoken with my account rep who said he'd pass the information on, and yet we still have no responses.  How do I get anyone from 1WS to respond to the tickets we put in?

Three of the tickets were closed, they were not resolved, and no one from 1WS contacted us to discuss.  How do I get some one to call and discuss these problems? I am emailing all the addresses you have provided.  We use the ticketing system and do not get support.  This back and forth on a community board is unprofessional, extremely poor customer service and unproductive.

Hello @jchoroszucha I apologize for teh delays in support getting back to you.  I reached out to them and also ask for your patience as this weekend is a Large Release and most technical resources are working on their parts for this large, impactful release.  They assured me they will reach out to you today.
