In addition to exporting individual reports, users can also export a Custom Insights Export from the Report Builder.
Custom Insight Reports can be configured and downloaded on an ad hoc basis or scheduled for recurring delivery via email.
Below is an overview of each Analytics Summary option in the Report Builder.
Buy Box Summary reporting tracks buy box ownership for retailer sites that have a 3rd party
marketplace and support 3rd Party Sellers (such as Amazon.com and/or Walmart.com). The reporting enables users to track items that have pricing fluctuation with marketplace sellers, and can be scheduled daily to receive insight you have lost the buy box. The reporting can help explain why there may be a drop in sales $ or units and is a crucial element in accurately managing your inventory.
Content Change Summary reporting allows end users to track content changes on the Live retailer site from one day to the next. The report assesses all Product Records and only exposes products with Core Content Attributes that change from the previous day. Attributes include: Product name, Short Description, Marketing Copy, Feature Benefit Bullets, Main Product Image and Detailed Product Images (secondary Images). While the report is limited in scope to only expose product with content changes, the reporting can be used to assess changes over "multiple" dates, not just from one single day to the next.

Similar to the Content Health Excel Summary reporting, the "Content Health Summary" report provides a "high level" overview of each products content health score for a specific retailer site. Details included in the export include: Product Name Character Count, Images count, Bullets count, Reviews Count, Video count and Rich Media availability. This report does not indicate areas for improvement like the Scorecard version is designed to provide. Also note, the reporting does not support "historical" data - it is a "most recent" snapshot of your crawled product content for a specific retailer site.
Customer Q&A Summary reporting provides a detailed record of "new" product specific Questions and corresponding Answers over a specified time frame, such as within the Last 7 days. This report does not provide an output or overview of ALL questions and answer for ALL products. Users can leverage this reporting to stay current when new questions are applied to a product on a live retailer site, so they can in turn provide a timely and accurate response. Key attributes include Product Name and ID, detail question and the date it appeared on the site, and ALL responses received including the detailed Answer, answer date, and "Answered By" details.
The MAP Violations Summary report can be used to track retailer pricing against MAP Values assigned to a product Record. MAP (Minimally Advertised Price) pricing must be configured within the product record for the product to be reflected in the reporting. Additionally, the reporting is "limited" in scope to only expose products with an actual MAP Violation. If the retailer site price is "over" the associated MAP price, the product record will not be exposed in this reporting. MAP Reporting can be pulled for any and all retailers, including sites with a 3rd Party Marketplace. In the instance of a 3rd Party Marketplace Price, the reporting will also expose the "seller" that violated the MAP pricing.
Negative Reviews Summary reporting is designed to provide insights when new "Negative" reviews are posted to a product details page. A "negative" review is a review that was assigned a 1 or 2 Star rating. Users can leverage this reporting to stay on top of when new (negative) reviews are posted on product details page. The reporting includes: Product Details (Name, UPC, Site ID), review date detected, review date posted, Review title (when applicable), Reviewer Name, review description and rating. NOTE: Retailers generally delay reviews; therefore if a review was posted on 1/1 it may not be crawlable until 1/4, but will still have the 1/1 "date detected".
New Reviews Summary reporting is designed to provide insights when new reviews are posted to a
product details page. Unlike the Negative Reviews Summary report, this report provide insight into ALL new reviews (including 1 through 5 Star Rating reviews). Users can leverage this reporting to stay on top of when new reviews are posted on product details page. The reporting includes: Product Details (Name, UPC, Site ID), review date detected, review date posted, Review title (when applicable), Reviewer Name, review description and rating. Price Summary reporting is an "All Inclusive" report export built to provide insight into product pricing on a single and/or multiple retailer sites for a specified time frame (EX: Yesterday, Last 7, last 30 days, etc.). For accounts that are enabled for GEO reporting, the report will also provide a breakdown of pricing across all Zip Codes/Stores that are configured within the account. The reporting also identified price changes and price "delta's" from the "current" to the "previous" day.
Product Rating Summary reporting is designed to give end users a "current" and/or "historical" snap shot of Total ratings, Average Rating, and a breakdown of total 1 through 5 Star Ratings. Users can leverage this reporting to identify trends in Product ratings (+/-) over a given time period.
Promotions Summary reporting provides end users a consolidated list of products with Active Promotions only. This report will not expose products without active promotions on the site at the time the product record was crawled. This report is also GEO enabled to track promotions for products that may be active in one store but not active in another. The report identified the promotion Type, Depth, Promotion Price, Original Price and Price Delta. Users can leverage this report to identify active/expected product promotions, as well as when retailer sites add promotions (Save Amounts) in response to another retailer site price drop.
Ranking Summary reporting is designed to allow a user to select a Search Term or Shelf Page (or Multiple Search Terms/Shelf Pages) plus Retailer Site(s) to extract an output of ALL Product Rankings for a specific search term, site and date range. This report allows users to identify Trends in owned or competitive product rankings for specific keywords/search terms on their retailer sites. NOTE, User MUST select Website(s) and Search Terms/Shelf Pages from the filter in order for the report to export.
Stock Summary reporting allows users to track current stock statuses across retailer sites for ALL Items. The reporting is designed to allow the user to track trends in availability/stock status and also support Geo/Multi-Zip reporting to track and document availability/stock status across multiple Zips/Stores. The report also includes other stock/availability insights, such as - is the product available online only, pickup only and more.
Unauthorized Reseller report allows users to easily identify and collect seller insights associated with products sold on a 3rd Party Marketplace site such as Amazon.com or Walmart. Gain valuable insights including 3rd Party seller names and pricing, including sellers that are not owning/winning the buy box.
Unmatched Summary reporting is designed to give users a high-level "matched/not matched" summary of the product content that is maintained in the Product Index (recipient specific) compared to the product content that is live on site. Users can leverage this reporting to quickly identify where content online (retailer PDP) is not in sync with the product content that is updated and maintained within your Product Index. The reporting is refreshed daily and provides a "current" snapshot of your product content day over day. The Values represented in the reporting are as follows: Value of "1" = Matched / Value of "0" = Unmatched.
