The Variant Audit Report gives users insight into the pricing and availability of different variants for a given product.
- The Products w/Variants graphic compares the total # of products within the account against the # of products with one or more variants to produce a %.
- The bar graph in the center of the report displays the total number of “Products with Variants” by Website. These counts can also be displayed by Brand by clicking “Brand” within the graph.
- Finally, the Out of Stock pie chart shows the comparison between Out of Stock and In Stock products.
Hover over a data point within any of the graphs to see a breakdown of the reported metrics for that data point.
The product table below the Variant Audit graphs displays each product with a variant, based on the selections within the graphs above. Each row of the table can be expanded to see Product >Date>Website>Variant level details for each. Here users will find the following attributes and metrics:
- Product (name)
- Family ID
- URL
- UPC
- Item ID
- Seller
- Price
- Availability
- Property
- In Stock %
- Stock Status
