The URL Status Report is a powerful tool designed to provide historical visibility into URL-level performance across your digital shelf analytics. It helps you identify issues, track failures, and take action faster.

What the Report Monitors

The URL Status Report provides clients with up to a 30-day historical view of every URL that has active enablement for one or more of the following crawl types:

  • Analytics
  • Compare with Live
  • High Frequency (depending on contract scope)

Each URL may be crawled under multiple types, and High Frequency crawls occur multiple times per day—so expect more entries for those URLs.

For example, if you have 10 URLs enabled across 10 zip codes for three crawl types, you’ll see 300 rows of data—one for each combination per day.

Understanding the Report Columns

The report includes default columns such as:

  • Crawl Date
  • Website Name
  • URL
  • Zip Code
  • Store (if applicable)
  • UPC and GTM (from Syndigo PIP)
  • Product Name
  • Enablement Flags

In addition, four new columns provide deeper insight:

  • Status Code
  • Status Category
  • Status Detail
  • URL Crawl Type

These help identify whether a URL was successful, failed, or encountered specific issues.

Common Status Codes

Here are examples of status codes you may encounter:

Status Code Meaning
1110  INLA Item no longer available
1120  Page temporarily unavailable
1130  Page not found
1200  Unknown failure
1210  Critical field missing
1220  CAPTCHA blocked
1230  Request blocked
1240  Network issue
1250  Timeout
1260  Internal server error
2000  Success

These codes help distinguish between supplier-side issues and retailer-side technical issues.
