The Content Integrity report is unique to the Syndigo platform and provides users with the information needed to understand if a Supplier’s (Brand’s) marketing content in their PIM/source of truth matches what's live on Retailer Sites. Users will see attribute level alignment across products and a breakdown of matched, versus unmatched statuses. In many ways, the Content Integrity report brings together the Compare with Live and Content Health reports to give a 360 view of live content.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab is the default view of the Content Integrity report which displays a breakdown of products with “unmatched” or “matched” alignment based on some settings within the report.

  • Live Site Products – Provides a total count of the products represented within the report along with a count of how many attributes or assets are being flagged for misalignment with Syndigo stored values. Users can apply one or more filters to customize the Products in display.
  • Percent Alignment Threshold – The percent alignment threshold allows users to adjust the % ratio that flags products as having Matched/Unmatched alignment. By default, the threshold is set to 50% so that products with more misaligned attributes than matched attributes are flagged as “unmatched”.

The bar graph within the overview tab displays an attribute-by-attribute breakdown of products by misaligned values. Hovering over a data point within the graph will display the metrics being reported.

In addition to the bar graph, a % breakdown of live site products with an overall Matched/Unmatched attribute alignment based on the Percent Alignment Threshold (mentioned above). Further, the total number of Products, Brands, and websites represented in each Matched/Unmatched alignment threshold is provided.

Below the graphs, an interoperable product details table is available. Based on selections within the bar graph, users can see a breakdown of misaligned attribute values and export those values as needed. Within the table, users can identify products by: Product Name, Brand, Website, URL, UPC, Item ID, SKU. Also, a side-by-side display of PIM (Syndigo) values vs Live Site values is displayed (based on the selection within the bar graph on this tab).

Trends Tab

The line graph represented on the Trends tab of the Content Integrity report displayed the average attribute alignment % across a selected period of time. This information can be displayed by Website, Brand, or an overall average across all sites/brands/products.

The dotted line within any of the charts represents the Percent alignment threshold as it is set at the top of the graph. Hovering over a data point within the graph will display the metrics being reported.
