Learn about all linked products, Readiness Score, subscriptions, requests, and Requirement Sets associated with each Recipient Connection.
A Recipient is an entity that receives product content from Syndigo, such as retailers, etailers, partners, a supplier's internal system, and more. Within the Connections tab, the Recipient Details contain all the information about a single connected Recipient, including Requirement Sets and your linked products.
Once you navigate to a Recipient's Details, Recipient information is accessed within the tabs at the top.
Review the dashboard of current stats and incomplete products associated with this Recipient. Fix an incomplete product by clicking on a single product in the list of Incomplete Products or click on Fix Incomplete Products to edit all in Bulk Edit.
View all the products that are linked to this Recipient. Filter the list to find specific product(s). From here, you can publish a product, edit a single product, or Bulk Edit multiple products.
Visible only for Integrated (including GDSN) Recipients. View the status of existing subscription requests. Filter the list to find specific product(s). From here, you can publish a product, edit a single product, or Bulk Edit multiple products, or remove a product from the list.
Visible only for Integrated (including GDSN) Recipients. View any product requests from the Recipient. Filter the list to find specific product(s). From here, you can approve or reject a product or multiple products. A product can also be published or added to your account while being approved.
View every Requirement Set offered by the Recipient. Here, you can create a Manually Configured Recipient, or auto-link a Requirement Set.
Distribution templates allow users to customize a distribution based on frequent Recipient needs. This includes the ability to select the appropriate export format, design an excel spreadsheet with customized tabs, re-arrange the order, confirm or edit attribute column names, or add column header placeholder. Templates are available/created for Direct and Manually Configured Recipients.
Recipient contacts are managed on the Recipient Details of Manually Configured and Direct Recipients. In order to set up a distribution, you must first set up at least one contact. The contact is the person or place where your content is published. Contacts can be set up by email address or FTP site.
For Manually Configured and Direct Recipients, recurring distributions can be created and managed from the Distributions tab. To set up a distribution, a Requirement Set and Template must be created. Also, a Contact for the recipient is required.
The Sent History tab provides a 60-day distribution log. Download a copy of the distributed content from the Sent History tab.
