View and search for all linked products, Readiness Score, subscriptions, requests, and Requirement Sets associated with each Recipient.
A Recipient is an entity that receives product content from Syndigo, such as retailers, etailers, partners, a supplier's internal system, and more. The Recipient Profile contains all the information about a single Recipient, including Requirement Sets and your linked products.
- From the lefthand navigation panel, navigate to the Recipient List page by clicking Connections.
- Search for a specific Recipient connection in the search bar at the top using one of two formats:
- Direct Search: Type the exact name of the Recipient, such as “Acme Tools”.
- Wildcard Search: Use an asterisk to search for any Recipient with a certain prefix or suffix. For example, searching for “*es” returns all Recipients ending in “es”, like Technologies. Searching for “te*” returns all Recipients beginning with “te”, like Test.
- From the lefthand navigation panel, navigate to the Recipient List page by clicking Connections.
- Scroll to find the Recipient connection you’d like to view. Or use the search bar to search for the Recipient. Click on the Recipient or use the dropdown menu at the top to select a type of Recipient:
- Integrated: part of the Syndigo platform so certain tasks are automated.
- Direct: not part of the Syndigo platform or automated, but commonly used so certain tasks are automatically begun.
- Custom: not part of the Syndigo platform, but added and managed manually
- Enhanced Content: able to accept Enhanced Content.
