Learn to attach .vtt files to Enhanced Content that includes video.
Some sites require that all videos which are published to their site include a vtt file for closed captions. If your Enhanced Content collection contains one of more of these sites, you will not be able to publish your collection until a vtt file is associated with all videos in the collection. The Syndigo platform makes it easy to add and associate .vtt files and will notify you if there is no .vtt file uploaded.
If your organization does not create your own vtt files, Syndigo offers a complimentary service to generate vtt files for any video which is uploaded to an account enabled for Enhanced Content. Autogenerated vtt files will appear within a couple of minutes of uploading the video.
