Navigating the Enhanced Content Index allows you to view your EC Projects, collections and publication tracking at a high-level overview.

The Enhanced Content index is a centralized tab where users can efficiently manage their workflow. It allows bulk editing, Project creation, content previews, and quick searches for existing Projects or products with Enhanced Content. Additionally, users can track publication timestamps and statuses—all in one place.

Enhanced Content Index

Total Project Count: In the top left of the index, you can see the total number of EC Projects that have been added to your account.

Search, & Filter:

  • To customize the Projects displayed within the grid, use the All Filters option on the left. Review the in-depth instructions on how to use filters to find which Projects your products are in, or which products aren’t inside of a Project yet.
  • You can search for individual Projects by searching the Project Name in top right search bar. You can also find a Project by searching for products that are linked to the Project; search by their unique IDs.

Table Tour:

  • Project and Collection Name: See all Project names, in blue, and the collections within each Project. Click on the Project name to enter Project details page.
  • Total Products: Total number of products that are linked to this Project. All products linked to a Project receive that content that is built inside.
  • Preview: Quickly view the most recently generated preview for each collection.
  • Quick Indicators: Easily check if a Project includes content from one or both experience types and whether changes have been made since the last publication—indicated by a checkmark in the table.
  • Publication timestamps: From left to right get the dates for the last time your Project content was updated, published to QA, and/or approved.
  • Collection Status: Your Project will always be in one of four statuses; Unpublished, In Review, Rejected, or Approved. Use these statuses to monitor where your content is in the publication cycle.
  • A/B Testing (if applicable): If you have A/B testing enabled in your account, you will have an A/B column on the far right, indicating test status.

Cancel Review: Multiple Projects that are ‘In Review’ can have their review cancelled all at once. Click the checkboxes next to desired Projects, then select the collection you wish to cancel review on. After you click continue, a cancellation confirmation pop up will appear. After you confirm and cancel the review, a pop up in the bottom right will appear while the Index refreshes.
