Quick overview of the Asset Library’s main features
The Asset Library can be accessed by clicking Assets in the left hand navigation panel. The library contains all the digital assets that have been uploaded to platform. These assets may be used to when publishing core product details, and/or when creating engaging Enhanced Content for your products. Assets can be organized into folders, and asset templates can be created and applied when syndicating content to Custom Recipients.
Also known as the Assets Library, you can find every asset that has been uploaded to the account. This is where you will add new assets.
Filter Options:
Filters are available to help locate assets once they have been uploaded to the Assets Library. You may select one or more filters to return only the images you care to see. The following filter options are available:
Actions Bar:
Asset Folders help organize digital assets once they are uploaded. Folders and sub-folders can be created to group assets together, making it easy to locate common images for whatever business case a user may need.
View and manage all folders here. Add a new folder with sub-folders. Rename, delete, or edit any existing folders.
Assets that are published to a Custom Recipient can be transformed while they are being published. Elements such as asset size, format type, and naming conventions can be changed for publication without affecting the original asset in the Asset Library.
View and manage all templates here. Add a new template or edit or delete an existing template.
