Each retailer has unique restrictions for what experience types (Hero Image vs In-Line) they allow and which widgets they accept on their pages. Within Website Connections, you can check what each retailer allows or restricts. To do this:
- Navigate to the Connections tab, then select the Connected Websites section.
- Click the website name you want to investigate.
- You’ll be directed to that retailer's Overview tab. The Overview tab provides key details about each website connection you’ve added.
- Navigate to Enhanced Content Settings section. Here you can view the experience types and widgets that this retailer allows. For example, this retailer only accepts Hotspots and In-Line Content. And within In-Line content, it does not accept the Specification Table Widget.
Important: We recommend reviewing each retailer’s Overview Tab before creating Enhanced Content to understand what experience types and widgets they support and avoid spending time on restricted functions. This ensures a smoother setup and prevents unnecessary adjustments later.
