This article provides an overview of the Enhanced Coverage report available in the Syndigo platform under the Report Center tab. The Enhanced Coverage report is an audit/usage report that shows what URLs have Enhanced Content published to them and what products are publishing content to those URLs. The two sections at the top of the report present information from the context of Syndigo product records, while the data in the table at the bottom of the report is from the context of the URLs with Enhanced Content enabled. In this article, we’ll explore the details of these components that make up the Enhanced Coverage report.

How to Use the Enhanced Coverage Report:

  1. Log in to Syndigo and select the account.
  2. From the Navigation Bar to the left, select Report Center.
  3. From the list of available reports within Report Center, click Enhanced Coverage. This will bring you to the Enhanced Coverage report.

At the top of the page you’ll find the Enhanced Coverage - Mapped summary for the account. This section provides powerful summary information, including:

  • Product Pages: Count of distinct product pages with Enhanced Content enabled.
  • Products: Count of distinct product records with at least one product page with Enhanced Content enabled.
  • Websites: Count of distinct websites with at least one product page with Enhanced Content enabled.
  • Mfg Brands: Count of distinct Mfg Brands (using vendor choice attribute) which have been assigned to products with at least one product page with Enhanced Content enabled.

The next two charts in this report are Products by Mfg Brand and Products by Website.

  • Products by Mfg Brand provides a breakdown of the count of products associated with each Mfg Brand.
  • Products by Website provides a breakdown of the count of products associated with each website.

Scroll down to the the last component of this report, the URLs table, to review the details of URLs with Enhanced Content enabled.

  • For any product, click the Product Name to load the live retailer URL in a new browser tab.
  • The Last Visit column shows the date of the last observed Enhanced Content visit or pageview.

Additional Report Features:

  • Filters: From either tab, use the filters at the top of the Enhanced Coverage report to filter to specific GTINs, UPCs, Mfg Brands, Websites etc.
    • NOTE: This data is reflective of the data that is entered into Syndigo. If the products with Enhanced Content are set up without MFG Brand name (using the Vendor Choice attribute), for example, the Enhanced Coverage report will also be reflective of these gaps.
    • When setting up your products with Enhanced Content, for reporting purposes it is best practice to include as many unique identifiers as possible and comprehensive brand information. This will enable report filtering on UPC, GTIN, Brand, and other attributes.
  • Sortable Columns: Within the tables of the report, click on column headers to sort values in ascending or descending order to further analyze and organize the data to your needs.
  • Pop-out Icon: Hover your cursor over any visualization in the report to reveal a series of icons to execute additional actions – one of which triggers Focus mode. Click the pop-out icon to trigger Focus mode throughout your navigation in Enhanced Coverage report. Pop-out or expand charts and tables into a single focused and comprehensive view.
  • Three Dot Icon: Click the three dot icon to expand More options, including the ability to export reports out of Syndigo for further analysis or use in PivotTables. To access, hover your mouse around the upper right-hand corner of the desired data tables, charts or graphs and click the three dot icon. (Note, it may take a few attempts to expose the three dot icon.)This selection allows you to:
    • Export report into xlsx or csv format
    • Convert layout into a table
    • Spotlight data on the screen
    • Sort in descending or ascending order
    • Sort by unique identifier
