After a product is published, keep track of where it is in the approval process. 

 

Status on the Dashboard 

Linked and UnpublishedThe Linked and Unpublished tab of the Status Tracker highlights if and why products are unable to be published to a specific linked recipient

  • Unpublished Readiness Score- The average readiness score for unpublished products linked to the recipient.
  • Total Unpublished- Total products linked to, but never published to the recipient.
  • Missing Required Taxonomy- These products need to be assigned to a product category for a recipient.
  • Missing Required Attributes- These products have been linked to a requirement set and have required attributes that are not populated.
  • Critical Errors- These products include attribute values or configurations that are preventing the product from being published to a recipient.
  • Ready To Publish- These products have been linked to a recipient, and have not been published yet, but meet all requirements for syndication.

 

Pending Action NeededThe Pending Action Needed tab of the Status Tracker highlights products that have been published to a recipient but require some additional action before content can by Synchronized.

  • Recipient Feedback- These products have been published, but require additional action as indicated by the intended recipient. Each product will include specific feedback regarding what should be addressed for that product.
  • CIC Review (GDSN Accounts Only)- A request to the data provider to “review” their data because the GDSN recipient has received discrepant data that they cannot synchronize.
  • CIC Reject (GDSN Accounts Only)- Data will no longer be synchronized nor will updates be provided at the request of the GDSN recipient.

 

PublishedThe Published tab of the Status Tracker highlights products that have been published to a recipient and are dependent on recipient/system response before a “Syndicated” status can be reached.

  • Awaiting Subscription– For some recipients, a subscription is required for successful publication. When a subscription for these products is issued, Syndigo will automatically approve the subscription so that content can be syndicated.
  • Awaiting Response– These products have been published to the recipient but are awaiting 3rd party system confirmation of delivery.
  • Pending Recipient Action– These product have been successfully published to a recipient, but are awaiting manual action by a recipient user for syndication. CIC Received (GDSN Accounts Only) – Content has been received by the Data Recipient, but no business decision has been made.
  • CIC Received (GDSN Accounts Only)– Content has been received by the Data Recipient, but no business decision has been made.

 

SynchronizedThe Synchronized tab of the Status Tracker shows products that have been published and have been synchronized, but now require additional attention based on changes in requirements or updates to content.

  • Total Synchronized- Number of products for the recipient that have been successfully published and synchronized to the recipient.
  • Missing Required Taxonomy- Changes to a recipient's taxonomy structure are common occurrences. These products previously met the taxonomy requirements for syndication, but now require some additional attention or re-categorization by the user.
  • Critical Errors- These products previously met all requirements for syndication to the linked recipient, but now require additional attention based on a change in requirements by that recipient.
  • Changed Since Last Published- 100% Readiness - These products have one or more saved changes since last publish to the linked recipient AND meet the readiness requirements to publish those saved changes to the recipient.

 

Pro Tip:- Click the Fix All link within any tab to view the complete list of filtered products on the Product Index page!

 

Status on the Recipient Overview Page 

  1. Navigate to the Recipients List page by clicking Connections in the lefthand navigation bar.
  2. Select the Recipient you wish to view.
  3. Click the Subscriptions tab. 
  4. Select products that are Published Awaiting Subscription, or products that are Active. The status of published products appears in the Status column. 

 

Status on the Product Details Page 

  1. Click Products in the lefthand navigation bar.
  2. Navigate to a Product Index page by selecting the product you wish to view. 
  3. Click the Publication History tab.
  4. The status appears for Integrated Recipients in the Status column. 

 

View Distribution History 

Every time a product is published, the number of products sent, the sent date, the send type, the contact, and the template used can be viewed in the Recipient Profile. 

  1. Navigate to the Recipients List page by clicking Connections in the lefthand navigation bar.
  2. Click on the Recipient you’d like to view. 
  3. Click the Sent History tab. 
  4. To download a copy of a distribution, click the download icon on the card for the specific sent history.
