Unlink a Product from a Recipient and Requirement Set

Unlink a product from Recipients and their Requirement Sets.

Unlinking a product from a Recipient and/or a Requirement Set will remove it from the Recipient Profile. The product will no longer be able to be published to that Recipient.

Unlink a Recipient and/or Requirement Set from a Single Product

1. From the lefthand navigation panel, navigate to Products > Active Products.
2. Click on the product you’d like to unlink. 
3. Click the Properties tab on the left. 
4. In the Linked Recipients section, find the Recipient and/or Requirement Set you’d like to remove. 
5. Click the trash icon next to each to unlink it. To unlink a Recipient and all of their Sets, click the trash icon next to the Recipient. 
6. Click Save Changes. 

Unlink a Recipient from Multiple Products

1. From the lefthand navigation panel, click Connections.
2. Click the Recipient name/Requirement Set name you’d like unlinked.
3. Click the All Products tab.
4. Select the products you would like to unlink.
5. Click Unlink from the toolbar.
