What is Syndigo University?

Syndigo University is a learning portal that provides structured, self-paced courses covering platform navigation and key syndication services, including Core Content, Enhanced Content, GDSN, Space Management, and Analytics.

How to Access Syndigo University 

1. Navigate to the syndication platform.
2. Click on the question mark icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Syndigo University from the dropdown menu.

You will automatically be logged into the learning portal. If this is your first time logging in, you will be required to update your profile with first/last name.

Course Enrollment

1. If you’ve been assigned a course, it will be visible from the Home page under Learning in progress or Learning not started.
2. Navigate to the Catalog tab to search for courses to enroll in.
3. To see courses only related to products within the syndication platform, use the category filter to select Syndication.
4. Use the search bar to look for key terms related to the training you’re searching for.
5. After selecting the course you wish to enroll in, select either Start Now or Enroll to see more details about the course.
6. Each course will have a final satisfaction survey module. Please complete this to mark your course progress as completed in the learning portal.

Managing In Progress & Completed Courses

Course Progress can be managed and viewed from two locations within Syndigo University.

1. From the Home page, you can view Learning in progress and Learning not started.
2. From the My Learning tab, you can view both learning statuses in addition to your completed courses.
3. Use the status filter to sort between these status options.
4. If you’ve enrolled in a course by mistake, you can unenroll from the course from the My Learning tab by clicking into the course details page and selecting un-enroll. You may re-enroll at any time.
5. After you’ve completed a course in the learning portal, you will receive a completion certification via email within two weeks.
